Please Help Spread the Word
So far we've had great response to this, I've gotten emails and even a phone call thanking us for doing this. There are people who's email information I have is out of date (imagine that) or I've never had it and I would like for them to hear about our site. If you can think of anyone that would enjoy connecting with us, please pass their email along to me or send our site to them. Thanks. This was a great idea to keep in touch with people. There has been so much happening since you left and I have missed the family incredibly. I just graduated from High school at BBCHS and I am going to attend Olivet this fall majoring in music education. I am living back with my dad across the street from Olivet so I saw no point in paying for a dorm room. This past January I went to All State in Illinois for the Future Music Educators of America. It was brand new and they only accepted 20 kids in the state to go. We had to write an essay and a resume of everything we've done musically and we had to have recommendations. It was a lot of fun and I was able to go to all the seminars and behind the scene things that the other students dont do. I'm very excited for everything that will be happening in the next years and just to see what God has planned for my life. He has already done some amazing things leading me to a different church where my boyfriend attends. He is majoring in theology at Olivet to become a pastor and maybe one day a proffesor. He also shares my love of music and he played 'Schroeder' in the fall musical "You're a good man, Charlie Brown" when I played 'Lucy'. That is all I have to share for now but I'm glad we have a way to keep in touch more often. Give my love to the family.

Carol, I can't believe you are out of high school and I'm so excited to hear that you are majoring in music education! That is just great, you're going to do really well. If ever you need a reference from me, I'd be happy to do so. What's your boyfriends name? How long have you guys been together? How is your mom doing? It's been a long time since we've talked, but it was good to hear from you now. We miss you guys too, we miss all of our students. I don't get to teach much now, too busy and too tired, but I really love to teach so I feel as though part of me is missing. I hope to be able to get a regular, though it will have to be small, studio going again sometime.
Thank you for updating me, I really appreciate it. I look forward to hearing more whenever you get a chance.
HI Weber's: (mom here) Carole showed me the girls pictures on the website. They look so great. Love to see how Ophelia is developing. It's kind of weird to remember a child who doesn't remember you. Same with Lavinia. Still wish you all the best.
By the way, Carole did move into the dorm to get away from her parents. The best decision she ever made. She's having plenty of opportunty to mature, as she tries to manage her budget, get to class, study and sleep, along with facing real life crises such as the loss of her friend, Nicole Sunberg in an auto accident.
She'll be heading off on tour with the ONU Choir soon. She already had a wonderful experience at Indianapolis when they performed at a Gaither Gathering. I'm so glad for her and proud too. - take care
